450 Dollars Passive Income from Freepik Contributor Account

Hey everyone, I want to share my experience earning passive income with a Freepik contributor account. After making passive income as a Canva contributor and other platforms, I decided to try Freepik. Four months ago, I started uploading graphic elements—about 35,000 graphic designs and 35,000 AI images. Now, my account is ranking and making $450 a month, all passively. I have a team that helps create the graphic elements and write AI image prompts.

Here’s how my earnings have grown:

  • June 2024: $1.84
  • July 2024: $37.32
  • August 2024: $336.78
  • September 2024: $464.07
  • October 2024: $356 earned so far

Cool story

But how do you create 70,000 elements???

In a month and a half that’s about 1,000 elements a day, or making one image/element every 90 seconds.

70k is honestly a huge amount. Even 7k would be impressive!

@Luca
I have 10 employees.

Alright, that clears things up, thank you.

@Han
There are 10 members on my team. I pay them monthly. I’ve also uploaded these elements on 20 other contributor platforms and I’m earning 50 to 70 dollars from those too.

How much do you actually make after paying 10 people to create your assets?

That’s impressive that you set this whole system up. 450 dollars a month is a nice extra income, especially for passive earnings. How much time did it take to reach this point? Did you experience any challenges when starting out? Also, how much would you sell an account like this for?

@Elliot
As I mentioned, I’m experienced and know what types of elements and images are in demand. It took about a month and a half for my team to create 70k elements. I did face one roadblock: Freepik limited uploads to 5k per month. Now, if I were to create an account like this, it would take around 8 months, which makes it more valuable. I typically sell this type of account for between 10,000 to 12,000 dollars.

@Misha
Key word: TEAM. So you had others helping you. Splitting that 450 dollars isn’t what it appears to be.

Correction: My team. They are my employees. I own 100 percent of these royalties.

@Misha
Don’t you pay your employees? Sure, you get the royalties, but you need to consider your expenses from paying them. So it isn’t all profit.

@Misha
Interesting. So do you have a paid account with those AI tools to create the images for you?

Also, what’s your most popular image?

Yes, I have a Midjourney subscription.

35,000 images? That’s a lot of free time and effort for only 450 dollars. Plus, is all that content under a free license?

It sounds like they hired others to create the assets, hence the flipping.

This is clearly a lie and people like this are just trying to boost their egos.

What type of AI images are you creating? Could you share one if possible?

We generate AI images across various niches. For example, office buildings, real estate, etc.

Congrats!

How did you determine which icons and graphics to upload? Did you do any research beforehand?

Yes, I conduct research before creating them.
