College Student looking for ways to make money (mainly online)

I (18f) am a freshman in college and I wanted to see what would be best to make money. I don’t really understand/know how to do stocks and don’t have money to start. I am not willing to put any of my body online. I do like to draw occasionally and write but haven’t had much time to do so in between classes. I do have a car on campus but with being a student and a part of the theatre program, having a job off campus makes hours difficult. I did have a job on campus at my library but they didn’t put me on the schedule this quarter. I have thought about charging people for driving them because most of my friends either don’t have a car on campus or don’t know how to drive. However, I haven’t charged before and I am not very good at asking for money (unless it isn’t going to me but for my job ((like dominos or something))). My friend is selling his plasma but I don’t know if I can do that because I am a smoker. I just don’t know what to do. I have about $20 to my name and that isn’t even enough for gas.

  1. If you know how to cook or bake you can sell it to students if you feel like a lot of students want homemade food.
  2. You should charge for car drives; that will make you good money, especially since students need it.
  3. If you’re good at writing assignments or know a language students want to learn or even know people who need help with homework, you can charge them for such services.
  4. You can do surveys online in exchange for money.
  5. If you know how to do nails, wax, shape eyebrows, or any of those sorts, start giving these services to students and charge them a “student price.”
Hope these ideas are helpful to you. Good luck!!

Stop smoking; that will net you a few hundred dollars a month passively. Then start reading FIRE subs and invest the smoke money in ETFs, etc.

Sell your stuff on Facebook Marketplace/Craigslist, even small random things. I made over $600 in a couple of days doing this.

Surveys are pretty easy and ‘low commitment’. Doing surveys and referral incentives together makes me around $50 a month when I’m being consistent.

Roll cigarettes and sell them?

You can try doing beermoney! These are websites and apps to earn from home; you can check all of the sites I’m using in this linktree. Good luck
