Is it wise to flip domains?
Though I realize it is not passive, I believe the work is very restricted.

Although it’s not always easy, purchasing and selling domain names, or website addresses, can be financially rewarding. You must find desirable domain names, bide your time until the right time to sell them, and contend with a crowded market. In this industry, experience and patience are essential for success. Finding and evaluating domain names will still take time, even though it might not demand daily labour.
