Do you just buy it and that’s it or do you need to take care of it?

Some yes, some don’t.

Don’t buy anything from Flippa. There are a lot of sites that don’t qualify for Empire Flippers. Many scams there; you’re likely to waste that $5k on a terrible site as you lack the technical knowledge to evaluate the site’s metrics (which can be easily manipulated). If you have more funds (+$20k), consider buying from Empire Flippers. They do proper investigations and will hold money from sellers after the sale to mitigate risks.

No matter what website you buy, you still need to invest in management, content, and backlinks and deal with constantly changing search engine rules. If you don’t have the technical knowledge, you will run the site into the ground. Spend your money elsewhere than on websites nobody wants; for $5k, there’s zero chance you’ll get anything decent.

After buying from Empire Flippers, do we need to put in any time and effort to continue the business?

Of course, you need to. It’s a business like any other. A website can’t generate income without constant modifications and a steady flow of new high-quality backlinks. There is no such thing as true passive income in that sense.

Do you have any experience with buying there? Wondering how real they are vs. on paper.

@Ash
Sure, but you have to do the research on financials with the seller.

Open a brokerage account with a cash account (Robinhood or Webull). Monitor the SPY ETF. Whenever it hits a major moving average or Fibonacci support, invest 20% into call options with at least a month for expiry. Average down carefully if it drops further. The probability of making a profit is very high (around 80%) unless it’s a recessionary market. Constantly move profits out as you make them. When you double your investment, put it into something safer like stocks instead of options for the long term. Or even just buy SPY itself (not options).

DM me in case of doubts.

Are you an options trader?

Not professional or full-time. I do it as a side hustle.

I’ll tell you how to make money online with $0. Start a service-based online business.

This takes time and work, but it’s doable. I do social media marketing for local businesses and I’m currently making $1.5k per month. If you want to learn how to do this, DM me.

@Bryn
What’s the catch?

@Bryn
How do I learn?

@Bryn
Sure, tell me more.

Sell GME puts; essentially, use your cash to sell stock insurance and earn roughly 7% a month.

Check out ‘wheeling’ on Investopedia; you’ll need to learn the jargon, but it’s a straightforward concept.
