Me and my children’s mother live together and bring in about $5,000 a month; however, things are still tough, and I would like to try and provide better. I work 40 hours a week and overtime as a cleaner and don’t really have a whole lot of skills as I’m about a year into recovery. I’m persistent and stubborn, and I may not pick things up extremely fast, but once it clicks, I ‘get it.’ What are a few good ways to make money, maybe slowly to start but to build up over time?
ngl, $5,000 a month would be amazing to have…

Between 2 adults and 2 kids, it goes quick.
You can look into getting into learning gigs like video editing or photography and offer your services through Fiverr. It won’t be entirely passive income, but it can bring some extra money to the household.
Join the military… it’s the best thing you could do for your kids… the benefits of the initial sacrifice you make goes unmatched… all you need is at least a 4-year contract served honorably and you and your family have locked in benefits for life.

So at 18, I went to MEPS and turns out I’m missing a bone in my middle ear and am basically deaf in my right ear… they don’t want me.

Okay, what about Military Sealift Command or any other Federal job?
Prolific is a great study site if you can get in past the waitlist.
