I run a theme page with over 2M+ followers, where I share facts and trending updates on what’s happening around the world.
Currently, my income comes primarily from shoutouts, but I don’t want to rely solely on that. The shoutout market can be unpredictable, and when demand drops, so does the income. Relying on just one income stream is too risky.
Do any of you have suggestions for other ways I could monetize my following? I’m looking for more reliable and diverse revenue streams.
There’s a high demand when it comes to growing faceless accounts. Since you have successfully done that, teach people how to do it. Either create a course or an ebook. Convert that following into a community.

That’s a lot of followers. You should be able to make a lot of money with that for sure. You could do affiliate marketing. If you need ideas look at other accounts or theme pages that are promoting things and see how they get leads and what their offer is extra. Getting followers is the hard part but creating a sales funnel is fairly easy. There are AI tools to help you with creating the funnel or you can hire someone to help you if you’re not familiar with it. I would create a sales funnel like this:

But my question is, are you loosing followers right now? My account that has 50k followers has been on a huge decline over the last 13 days, right before that it was always in an upward trajectory.

Gaining and losing are part of this game. You have to improvise daily. Also, the more new followers you will gain, the very next day you will suddenly see large number of fall which is common nowadays. But make sure your account is reaching new audience daily.
I would definitely sell digital products. Faceless accounts and theme pages are rising in popularity. Write an ebook or launch a course teaching how you do what you do. Do you have an email list? You could pre-sell it to your list, if you do. To see if any interest is there.

Rent out “ad” space to influencers. Allow them to post their reel or story for a price just like you do shoutouts. We do this and rent ad space on an account but behind the scenes are getting paid like $15k a post from a brand and the “ad space” is only $400 on a 500k follower instagram account with real followers and engagement. It’s an ad on in our packages but brands spring for it often…
