Looking for something to do while working current job

Edit: There seems to be many people here in my situation, so due to popular demand, I have started a discord where we can get together and discuss which of these ideas actually work! Reach out for link.

My current job allows me as much free time as I want. I have a cell phone with unlimited data and a nice laptop. However, the laptop has no Internet unless I decide to set up a hotspot.

What is the best way to make extra cash if I have 40 hrs a week to do it under these conditions?

Try signing up for focus groups or user testing/feedback sites. Fill out your profile as much as possible and check the sites daily. I just got accepted for a feedback session that took less than 10 minutes for $30. You can check my list of sites where I personally earned a payout here

Data Annotation - worked well for me until I decided to look for another remote full-time job.

I’d love to hear more about this.

@Qi
How did you get started?

You could design stuff on your laptop. Digital products like vtuber assets or make books. That can be done offline, and you’d just need to be online to upload the digital products to Etsy or upload the books to KDP.

@Luca
It’s funny I’m actually already working on a book haha.

@Luca
I will say, Etsy is hard to start up since the market for digital products on Etsy is very saturated and competitive. Gotta find a niche and stick to it, along with making the sacrifice to pay for advertising and marketing.

What’s your job now? I want whatever job you got currently lol.

You can try to farm airdrops from grass, nodepay. DM me for referral link so you get an extra bonus.

What’s the primary job? Just to exist in a certain space for 40 hours a week?

In the same boat as you OP, 14 hour shifts.

Let me know if you find something that works well for you. I plan on combing through these comments this weekend and trying some things. I’ll update when something works well.

Same boat here. How about the 3 of us start a group chat? We gotta figure something out.

Honestly, this could work really well haha. I’m working 3rd shift EST.

It’s not really an online side hustle, but with the time you have it will work great—your situation sounds like mine:

Do you have a truck or a large SUV? Are you based in the US or Canada?

My side hustle flipping furniture and mattresses brings me in about $2400 a month. I work it about 10-15 hours a week. Hit me up. I’ll get you going.

I log in and collect my dailies from the social casino side hustle. I’m not going to link anything because I think y’all are tired of hearing about that, but that’s what I do when work is slow.

Hey there! If you’re looking for a side hustle with a low barrier to entry, you might want to check out what my startup, LocalArena Tix is offering.

We help season ticket holders manage and sell their unused tickets, and we’re giving 20% commission to anyone who brings in customers to us. All you need is a laptop or mobile phone to get started.
