I have wanted a side hustle for a while, but I felt like nothing really suited me. Now I have an idea and I’m not sure if it could work: basically, document editing.
But you say, everyone does document editing. Easy, you can get an AI to do most of the work. What would make my business unique is offering it to truck drivers and other small businesses to touch up their cell phone images of important documents.
My plan is to sell monthly package deals for unlimited edits, as well as much smaller packages. Most of these edits would take not even five minutes. Yes, AI is a concern, but a lot of these people don’t want to handle it, and even with AI, the image might not be clear enough. It’s essentially a boutique editing service.
My only problem now is that I’m not sure how to market it.

I used to type up landlord agreements and rental applications and all the landlord would have to do was fill in the blanks to whoever he was renting to, but that was in my local area. I got $25 a pop per document, and it wasn’t even my landlord I was doing it for. Was an older gentleman.
Yes, as long as I didn’t have the renters’ information, which I never did. I would put the blanks in for them to fill out with the landlord. I would do it for each rental property he had.
He would tell me what he needed, whether he needed a pet rental agreement and for what address because he had homes and duplexes all around the town. And just rental agreements for what address. I would put (Tenant’s name): ___________
(Landlord’s name):_____________ on agreements and would print them out for him, and he and whoever he was renting to would fill in the information themselves. The man does not like technology, I tell ya; he is mad because he had to get an Android—he just got out of a flip phone.
