Aside from the usual methods, what are some lesser known industries or niches that can provide solid passive income opportunities?
I used to provide pdf templates for landlords where they could copy and paste.
It was very niche as I had to make sure it was in line with the legislation but I did documents
Such as:
Notice To Enter
Eviction Notice
Leases
Termination of tenancy
Rent raise
You could even go on chat GPT
Command it to say design a “Notice To enter” for a landlord in ________(area) following all legislations and laws.
Or amazon reviews! It’s probably my most “passive” income yet and amazon does all the work for me.
@Arthur
You sell amazon reviews?
Welcome bounces! PM if you’re interested.
Renting websites to business owners. Create a website that generates leads for something like tree service in New Orleans. Charge a business owner a flat monthly fee to get all the leads that come through your site.
It’s like digital real estate. Build the house, find a tenant, passive income.

>TLDR: Not Another Coaching Program - a coaching program that costs $2,980.
Dawg disrespectfully, shut the fuck up. You’re shilling another bullshit, overpriced ‘coaching’ program where the only one who profits is you. Get outta here.
@Kingsley
Yah, the service is posted everywhere on this subreddit. The part that stuck out to me was ‘taking a year to figure out how to do it on your own.’ Highly disagree. Maybe a few months, but $3k is kind of ridiculous for info you can definitely find for free online. Also, with a bit of small digging, seems like the catch is they have a backlinking group.

Is it like you’re creating a website to affiliate with businesses?

The idea is as follows:
- Find a niche labor service for a specific area.
- Develop a website and phone number for the service. Have the leads leave a voicemail for the time being.
- Develop SEO for the website to attain leads.
- Charge the developed service to a mutual business as an automatic lead and customer requesting service.
- Rake in the cash as long as the customers’ credit card works.
Become a private money lender backed by real estate.

Sell YouTube channels, man. It’s lucrative and easy; make 3-4k monthly, that’s what I do. I also sell SaaS and e-commerce companies as well, which pay big commission checks.
