Start a Roth IRA and max out the $6K limit each year.

Invest the bulk in the best mutual fund mentioned here.

Consider real estate (make sure to do your research first).

Use some funds to start a business. The experience will be invaluable.

A very SMALL amount in high-risk investments like Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Solana.
But don’t play around with this money. It’s a once-in-a-lifetime sum. Be very careful and treat it right. Guard it like Smaug guarded his gold.
