Pretty straightforward, figured y’all might have some ideas.
Do you have a truck or a large SUV? Are you based in the US or Canada? My side hustle flipping furniture and mattresses brings me in about $2400 a month. I work it about 10-15 hours a week. Hit me up, I’ll get you going.

OP, if they are plugging ShareTown, ignore. Only people making money with ShareTown are those landing referrals. Stay savvy.

Not OP, but I have a house full of furniture I want to sell. I have an SUV and a 6x10 trailer. How do I figure prices?

Go to Facebook Marketplace and filter for sold items. You can search for similar items to what you have.

This sounds fun and adds value. I see more people doing furniture flipping on Facebook Marketplace. Be handy; it’s mostly sanding and painting.
Picking up scrap metal and taking it to recycle. Start a trash hauling business where you reclaim anything of value and sell online. You get paid to clear trash and maybe earn money from reselling items.

How can I get started? What websites would want that service? Who can I speak to?

Some cities post their street pickup days. It’s usually legal to cruise neighborhoods and pick up scrap metal, as long as the owner doesn’t mind. Just costs gas and time. Craigslist is a good place to post for hauling services. Use social media to advertise as well. Just make money from something you enjoy.

Check local regulations. You can also check Nextdoor.com for potential gigs. Sometimes there are opportunities for moving furniture. Eventually, you might need a license for hauling junk. Network with estate sale companies; many don’t provide delivery.
You could go to various apartment complexes, collect trash from each floor, and load it into your truck to take it to a dumpster.

I’ve worked for them, and they were cutting my hours.

My complex uses this company. I tell people that a trash goblin comes in the night and whisks it away.
Here for the suggestions as well
Trash cleanup, hauling/moving, and towing are other options. Many people need help with towing their belongings or moving.

Any gigs without a truck? I can’t seem to find a job…
Look into delivery services for freelancers. Amazon delivery and medical courier services could use your truck.
Here’s a list of delivery gig sites. Good luck!
