I need a job, but I can’t afford transportation to work daily. Is Fiverr or Upwork a good option? Has anyone earned money from these sites?

People often criticize buying properties with cash, but it doesn’t mean it has to stay that way forever. If you find a great deal within that price range, you could purchase it with cash and later on, when it makes sense, you could pull out 75% of the value through a loan.

Purchase a cash rental and profit from the returns that cover CAPEX and other expenses.
If you need the money immediately I would not advice going for Upwork as it takes forever to build a strong portfolio there. You have a better chance succeeding in Fiverr if you delve in tech related jobs
