We have a fast-growing company in automated manufacturing that’s raising a round.
Everyone comes into a little money wants to be a landlord. It’s definitely not passive income, and with the cost of land, building, interest rates, and taxes, is it really worth having just a couple of tenants? If you don’t have a retirement, I’d dump the whole thing into an IRA or high yield savings. That’s my honest 2 cents. I’m no millionaire, but the math of being a Texas landlord just doesn’t add up for only a few tenants.

Then you have to figure out when to sell, how much to sell, and at what price to sell.
Doesn’t sound very passive to me.
@Greer
