50k cash. Where should I put it?

We have a fast-growing company in automated manufacturing that’s raising a round.

Everyone comes into a little money wants to be a landlord. It’s definitely not passive income, and with the cost of land, building, interest rates, and taxes, is it really worth having just a couple of tenants? If you don’t have a retirement, I’d dump the whole thing into an IRA or high yield savings. That’s my honest 2 cents. I’m no millionaire, but the math of being a Texas landlord just doesn’t add up for only a few tenants.

You make money passively as the stock grows in value.

You make money passively as the stock grows in value.

Then you have to figure out when to sell, how much to sell, and at what price to sell.

Doesn’t sound very passive to me.

@Greer
That’s not hard to figure out.

You sell when you need the money.

Look into Silver and Crypto.

What’s a good altcoin?

I kid you not. Please understand this isn’t financial advice but I’d be glad to help you. XRP, the digital currency.

Please please please understand that this coin is very controversial and requires you to DYOR.

But I believe in this coin more than anything I have come across. If you have questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

@Luca
How deep are you invested into this?
