I Have a Design That Sells on Redbubble … How Can I Make More Money

In 2021, I created a fun design and uploaded it to Redbubble just for kicks. Surprisingly, people really liked it—it’s just a phrase I came up with. I still get sales even now.

Most people want it as a sticker, but the profit margins on Redbubble are pretty low. I’m wondering if there’s a way to really grow this so I can make some good extra cash?

What do you think?

That’s pretty cool that your design is doing well. Since it’s a popular phrase and most sales are for stickers, you might think about expanding. You could create your own Shopify store to sell directly, or try Etsy. This way, you have more control over pricing and profits. For marketing, using TikTok or IG Reels could be helpful, especially if you get on some trends. If you want to stick with Redbubble, consider broadening your product range to include t-shirts, mugs, phone cases, or anything that matches the vibe. Testing different products is key to see what works.

When you set up an online store like Shopify or Etsy, how do you handle the production and shipping of the products?

Turn that sticker into a brand. Expand it to shirts, mugs, and even create a separate shop outside Redbubble for better profits.

What about pens or magnets? Your sticker can be put on and taken off.

What products are you currently selling? I didn’t think Redbubble offered digital downloads, so what else are you offering?

In this case, I’d really like to see the design to give better suggestions… but the moderators might not allow you to share it here because of their rules on self-promotion in this forum.

How about puzzles? I would be open to trying one out.
