Earlier today, I was walking home from the gym and saw a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk. He had a coffee cup next to him, and a couple of people dropped some money into it. This guy was literally making money while he slept. He’s living the dream that a lot of us want. Why not give it a shot?
Finally, someone posting something that isn’t a scam. Proven formula, etc.

Begging works whether someone is awake or asleep. I’m always amazed at how much they make.

Once, they caught a woman, I think in NY or CA, begging and then going to a McDonald’s, changing clothes, and driving off in a nice GMC. She was definitely middle class.
@Sky
I saw something similar in London years ago. A well-dressed guy was walking ahead of me down to the underground train. He stopped at the entrance, took off his shoes and socks, wrapped himself in a blanket with his bare feet sticking out, and held up a sign saying he was homeless and hungry. Begging in London can pay more than a job. In Bangkok, some beggars were caught making $300 a day and had been doing it for years in different cities in Asia.
@Ezri
I saw something similar in London too. A guy was begging on the street, then after his ‘shift’ was over, he changed clothes and got into a Range Rover. I was left speechless.

I think this happens more often than people realize.

This is actually the plot of a Sherlock Holmes short story called ‘The Man with the Twisted Lip.’

So, I stumbled into a fictional story in real life.
Lmao, you post this after getting called out in your other post for sharing nonsense about supposed successful side hustles that you didn’t even bother to fact-check, then telling people to do their own research because you couldn’t be bothered to do it yourself.
@Reese
So he went back to the drawing board, found a successful side hustle, and is now sharing it with us. Good for him.

In Japan, a guy at my office sleeps at his desk after lunch (he snores really loudly) almost every day. It’s normal to nap in the office, even in meetings.

That reminds me of when I worked in a factory years ago. A guy went to the restroom near the end of his shift and fell asleep. He woke up 2 hours later and got his manager to sign off on 2 hours of overtime because he had to ‘work’ late.

I thought Japanese work environments were very strict. Not every business in Japan, of course, but I’ve seen posts about how strict it is, and that it even drives a lot of people there to depression and even suicide. Just curious, so どうもありがとうございます.
@Zen
He might be sleeping after lunch because he has to stay at work until 11 pm afterward. Who knows?

Haha, no, my workplace is very chill. We don’t overwork, and nobody micromanages here.
@Zen
Yes, people keep saying this, but I’ve switched jobs and interviewed at many places and didn’t feel this way, but maybe that’s because I only target English-friendly companies.
Usually, traditional Japanese companies are the ones that cause issues; they call them black companies.
I did this myself before and made $2.35 while sleeping. Life couldn’t be easier.
So basically just make a few fake homeless people and collect the change the next morning?
