It’s not an ebook, but you can also create yourself too. There are guides, courses, planners, etc. You can create yourself or get done for you, which are already proven in demand products.

Listings on FB marketplace that say ‘moving sale everything must go’. Go look at what they have and tell them you’ll come back the last day and take what they haven’t sold. They will have to clear the place and will likely be a little stressed to get rid of everything they don’t want to take with them.

Yep, just ask them. Say you’d be willing to come back to see what you could take so it didn’t get thrown away. Most people feel good about things not going in the dumpster.
