What can I do with 30 cheap Android 8 phones

I have 30 Samsung J5 Prime phones just sitting around, running Android 8. They have 2GB of RAM and a quad-core Cortex A53 CPU. These are mid-range phones from 2016.

Does anyone have good ideas for making passive income with these phones and some automation? I’ve heard of various apps that can generate passive income, but most of them only work on one device per public IP. If the apps are worth it, I could buy cheap prepaid SIM cards for €2-3 each, providing 0.5-1GB of data.

I plan to control all 30 phones from my computer, using screen mirroring through USB. There’s software available that lets you send touch commands to all the phones at once.

I’ve used them to farm coins in a game and sell them. It was profitable until they patched the game, and my automation script stopped working.

You could create a traffic jam on Google Maps.

True story though :smile:

Make some AI music and upload it to Spotify, then turn your phones into a streaming farm.

Get 30 people to set up a scam call center… Just kidding! Or maybe not?

Not sure, but this sounds like a fun challenge! Send a few my way if you don’t know what to do with them; I could use the practice too, haha.

Thirty phones is quite impressive. Have you thought about using them as a budget phone farm for app testing? You could rent that service to developers or use it to test your own app ideas. There are definitely ways to automate testing, too. Just a thought; I’m curious to see what you do with all those phones.

It does NOT require any personal information. I’ve cashed out twice already.

@Cleo
How do you cash out without providing some personal information like a name and bank details?

Does the money print directly from your phone?

No, I cashed out to my crypto wallet address, and the mining process doesn’t need personal information. You only provide your wallet address for withdrawals (which is safe unless you give out your passcode) and maybe your email if you choose a gift card.

And if you think money can print directly from your phone, well, yes, it can do that.

You can use mining apps like Ember; you won’t even need to buy SIM cards.
